ESU has a large selection of musical ensembles on campus, including the Warrior Marching Band, the Wind Ensemble, the Jazz Band, and many others. Our programs are filled with many talented musicians, and we are always expanding and welcoming new members!
WARRIOR MARCHING BAND
Proud to Perform
Since its beginnings in 2005, the East Stroudsburg University Marching Band has been an activity for an eclectic mix of individuals across all majors on campus. Today, the Marching Warriors are a staple at on-campus activities, basketball games and all home football games.

The marching band rehearses Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:15-6:15.
WIND ENSEMBLE
Excellence in Music
The East Stroudsburg University Wind Ensemble is a group comprised of both students from all majors and community members. Playing music across all genres and time periods, the Wind Ensemble rehearses weekly and performs twice a year at the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall in the Fine Arts building on campus.

The Wind Ensemble rehearses on Mondays from 7-9 PM.
JAZZ BAND
Bringing Music to Life
Comprised of students from all majors and grade levels, the Jazz Band is a selection of the most talented musicians on campus playing challenging music in the form of jazz. Like the Wind Ensemble, the Jazz Band rehearses weekly and holds two concerts every year in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall located in the Fine Arts building on Campus.

The Jazz Band rehearses on Thursdays from 7-9 PM.
WARRIOR COLOR GUARD
Making Music Visible
No marching band is complete without a color guard, and ESU's guard is a very impressive group. In addition to performing on the field during marching season, many members join the Q Color Guard to compete in winter. Our Color Guard uses flags, rifles, sabres, and batons.

The Warrior Marching Band performs at every ESU home football game. Catch us performing our show at halftime and playing stand tunes throughout the game!

EXHIBITION PERFORMANCES
The Warrior Marching Band travels to high schools and other band festivals to perform and recruit new members.

BASKETBALL GAMES
After marching season is over, the Warrior Marching Band becomes the Warrior Pep Band and plays at various ESU basketball games. Playing in both the fall and spring semesters, the Warrior Pep Band provides music and energy to both the team and the crowd on game day.
